Some people resemble desert grass in springtime; they flourish overnight. Mozart composed his first symphony when he was 8 years old.
However, many people require years and years of preparation before they tap their potential. Leonardo da Vinci painted the Mona Lisa when he was 50 years old. These types of people can be likened to the moso Chinese bamboo plant.
You can take a bamboo seed and plant it in the ground, water and nurture the seed for an entire year and only see a single sprout.
During the second, third and fourth year you care for the bamboo in the same way. |

Another story when I was 19 and lived in a Teepee.... When I was going through a depression and felt lost - I prayed constantly. To my amazement...one prayer was answered instantly. I was on the ground with my body bent over and my face buried in the floor praying with all my heart for guidance - for direction. Then I heard a very clear, loud voice in my head say, "Penny, what do you believe in? I jolted my head and body up and said loudly, "I believe in love and loving one another". |

During the process of healing deep parts of ourselves, for example the energy of unworthiness, we draw to us more of our Spirit - a tangible divine light. Then something magical happens...we begin to radiate the most beautiful light that upon viewing, or feeling has a way to instantly touch the lives of others. We provide a safe place to help others know it's possible to heal themselves too. In return as they take this spiritual road map to heal themselves they also bring more light into the world, which in turn encourages us to believe in ourselves even more. |

At the beginning of the New Year we are eager to make resolutions. If
you ever experienced your resolutions fading after a few
months...consider setting goals. We shape our lives consciously, or
unconsciously.
Why not design it with clear intention and focus? Why not
design it with Spirit? By having an ongoing meditation practice we
begin to let go of the body/ego effort and begin to develop our faith in
our Spirit to handle our life with far less effort, more connection and
even miracles!

In this New Year...in this New Day...in this New Moment (and every moment) we have the amazing power to create what we want with our thoughts and intention. As we fill ourselves with enthusiasm, passion and conviction we allow our high vibration of Spirit to fill and bless our lives!
I look forward to sharing this wonderful "You" Year together! Love, Penelope
